#Anger can drag us into some messy places . Anger can come from many things . It can come from your partner it can come from something as trivial as a sporting event and everything in between.

It can set off arguments it can set off violence . You have to remember it starts with thought and all thought is neutral until we start piling on our own personal thinking to make it look and feel real .Then we bring it into form with abusive words or actions.


Always remember it’s our thoughts and thinking that create the world we live in at any given moment ,weather it’s anger or any other thought you want to spend time with. It’s what creates our reality .We are always one thought away from peace
